1. How did Deputy Attorney General Rod Rosenstein react to President Trump's firing of FBI Director James Comey?

It gives the cabinet the power to decide if the president can continue to carry out his responsibilities as president and if not they can kick him out and make the VP the president. Physical or mental inability to make decisions that are good for the country.

Tell the speaker of the house that he is able to carry out the presidential duties and wait 4 days.

Unlike coups, this is legal and constitutional.

3.6 National Emergency

1. Lets the president issue a national emergency within certain constraints. 2. He is trying to go around congress to fund his border wall. 3. Both houses of congress would have to approve the resolution with a simple majority. 4. He can just veto it. 5. Landowners can sue for the government taking their land even though eminent domain is a thing. 6. The lawsuits took forever and are still pending to this day. 7. Because they claim that it is an abuse of Constitutional power. 8. They could sue him.
