5. He filled out votes for the candidates and sought out people to sign them and falsely signed witness for absentee ballots.
6. The board is three democrats and three republicans so it is a bipartisan decision.
7. Took them and filled them out to vote for Harris.
8. Every witness is saying Harris didn't know about the plan.

3.6 National Emergency

1. Lets the president issue a national emergency within certain constraints. 2. He is trying to go around congress to fund his border wall. 3. Both houses of congress would have to approve the resolution with a simple majority. 4. He can just veto it. 5. Landowners can sue for the government taking their land even though eminent domain is a thing. 6. The lawsuits took forever and are still pending to this day. 7. Because they claim that it is an abuse of Constitutional power. 8. They could sue him.
